Homoeopathy Health for your family and for the planet.

Mary, a mother of two, came to Homoeopathy complaining of urge incontinence palpitations, reflux and insomnia.
During the consultation, she explained that her 18-year-old son has ADHD and has stopped going to school. Mary was in good health until she started having problems with her son two years ago.
Cocculus, a homoeopathic medicine indicated when people care and are excessively anxious about others, especially family members.

Six months later, in an e-mail Mary wrote:
“Originally I went to the Homoeopath about being stressed ,as I had problems with my son attending school, and he is socially anxious.
I usually take medicine from the chemist for reflux and urge incontinence.
I forgot these medicines when I was away from home, taking care of my mother.
I felt the symptoms I normally feel when I forget to take the tablets were gone.
I was delighted, as I normally get symptoms when I don’t take the tablets. Thank you.”
Worldwide, over 200 million people use homoeopathy regularly.
6 out of 10 people have used homoeopathy, and 55% of people worldwide will use homoeopathy in the future.
Homoeopathy is included in the National Health systems in several countries.
Brazil, Chile, India, Mexico and Pakistan. Europe still holds a huge interest in using Homeopathic medicines. Switzerland did a long 7-year study to see whether Homeopathy worked. Their conclusion was that it did, and it is available freely.
In the UK, since 1948 Homeopathy has been available on the NHS by law. However, successful lobbying by strongly voiced journalists who (without studying the subject) chose to only throw a negative light on Homeopathy. What that has meant in reality, is that the government withdrew all funding, making it impossible to seek treatment on the NHS.
It is therefore today, all private medicine. And there are some fabulous homoeopaths and doctors to be found.
Homoeopathy at Wellie level is a nonprofit organisation run by veterinary surgeons and homoeopaths who teach the responsible use of farm homoeopathy.
They teach face-to-face and online courses to farmers, smallholders and other animal owners, including animal rescue centres worldwide.
The European Committee for Homoeopathy represents all medical doctors specialised in homoeopathy, organised in 40 associations in 25 European countries.
It aims at ensuring high standards in the education, training, and practice of homoeopathy by medical doctors.
The Central European Council of Homoeopaths membership is made up of associations of professional homoeopaths existing within individual countries.
The vision of the ECCH is to ensure the availability of high-quality homoeopathic treatment to all European citizens.
A fine example in Tuscany, Italy. There are 25 centres for complementary health that only offer Homeopathic treatment and Acupuncture.
Homoeopathy provides a holistic and sustainable approach to health.
Offering numerous benefits for humans, animals and agriculture.
It supports natural healing and can be used to treat a wide range of conditions while minimising the risk of side effects and the overuse of chemicals.
Whether applied to human health, animal care or agricultural practices, homoeopathy encourages balance and harmony with nature, making it a valuable tool in the quest for a healthier world.
By incorporating homoeopathic medicines, health practitioners, individuals, farmers and veterinarians can adopt a more environmentally friendly and sustainable practice in their approach to health and well-being.

Training, regulation and organisations
The practise of homoeopathy, especially in chronic and complex cases, requires well-trained professionals.
Several organisations provide training. The Faculty of Homoeopathy is a global education provider and membership organisation with statutory-regulated integrative healthcare practitioners. The faculty includes medical doctors, veterinarians, farmers, midwives, nurses, physiotherapists, osteopaths, podiatrists, and other healthcare practitioners who have undertaken appropriate training and are all registered with the faculty. The Centre for Homoeopathic Education in Bloomsbury Street, London, is an excellent college.
I decided to study homoeopathy when, as a Yoga instructor, I was continuously asked in my classes if Yoga could help skin problems, arthritic psoriasis, mental well-being, grief and many more issues. And whilst I was aware that the practice of yoga can have a profound effect on your health, there are occasions when the body needs more help.
To my surprise and gratefulness, I ran my own practice in Cambridge Uk. for 25 years!
It would, of course, not be possible to sustain such a long time in practice without producing results!
I do not doubt that I walk the talk and wear the t-shirt of Homoeopathy.
Always have done and always will.
These days, I am not working as a professional Homoeopath and have chosen to write children’s books.
In next week’s blog, I will write more on Homoeopathy.
Homoeopathy may treat a wide range of chronic conditions, such as arthritis, asthma, migraines, digestive disorders and skin conditions.
In many cases, homoeopathic medicines are used as a complementary treatment alongside conventional medicine, especially for conditions that are difficult to treat with conventional medicine alone.
