My Life In 10
In no order of importance………….
- I was brought up in Africa and the Far East. Those early years have been a huge (mostly) wonderful influence on my life.
- I always wanted to be a ballet dancer and indeed did become a ballet dancer, dancing professionally in the Opera Houses of Germany.
- Having grown up with movement and the intense training of dance; I now know that my body does not do well unless I do some workout everyday. As I have grown older I have dialled up this self care, changed the movements and continue to add walking into my daily life.
- I have two boys and I am very proud of them. They have done well for themselves, have lovely wives and I have 3 magic grandchildren. I believe you should always make time for the people and things you adore.
- I am super grateful that I studied Yoga and taught it for 39 years. I was a guest teacher in Bern, Switzerland for 10 years. I put together a Yoga Nidra programme for the Priory Hospital in Southgate, North London, taught at the British Museum for 6 years and the MOD. ( Lunch Time classes for the staff conservationists). I have written a book on Yoga.
- I am super grateful for my study of Homeopathic Medicine. It set my life on fire and is without hesitation a marvellous medicine. I had my successful practice in Cambridge(UK) for 24 years, including my Kid’s Clinic for 9 years. I volunteered at a multi disciplinery clinic in Kathmandu, Nepal for 3 months. I myself only use Homeopathic medicine. It is a privilege to have studied such profound knowledge.
- I remain fond of my two boys father. We have remained friends over the years, for which I am glad of.
- I am a singleton at this moment in time.
- I have a beloved sister and we are close friends.
- I am now a children’s short story author. I am thrilled to say that my books are in Waterstones bookstores in the UK.
Enjoy whatever you are doing today
